David Nehlsen,

Engineering Manager
David has worked his entire 38 year career at GILMAN. He was a Project Manager at GILMAN for 17, and an Engineering Manager at GILMAN for another 20.
Dave johnson,
CFO
Director of Operations
Dave has extensive experience as a Project Manager at GILMAN. He has overseen the implementation of many successful projects at the plant. Prior to joining GILMAN, Dave owned and operated his own computer business.
Bill Baumeister,
Director of Sales & Project Management
Bill has seen many roles in his 19 years at GILMAN. He's worked as an Engineer, Project Manager, Product Group Manager Powertrain & Account Manager. His expertise is now focused on Project Management and Sales.
Jon Hegle,
Director of Controls Technology
Jon has led the GILMAN Janesville controls team for the past 8 years, and worked as a Sr Controls Engineer for 15. He has considerable experience in PLC programming, robot programming, vision engineering and commissioning of equipment.
