OUR STORY
Decades of engineering built one system at a time.
GILMAN Engineered Solutions has spent decades designing and building automated assembly systems from our facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Our reputation was built in high-volume automotive assembly, including a long-standing partnership with Ford Motor Company - work that demands high tolerance, high uptime, and equipment that holds up under real production pressure. That same discipline is now the foundation for where we’re headed: applying decades of mechanical and controls expertise to industrial and consumer product manufacturers who need the same level of engineering expertise.

Began career at GILMAN in 2000 as a Controls Engineer. Advanced into roles including Sr. Controls Engineer and Controls Project/Program Management. Considered an industry leader in Controls Technology.
Dylan McCullick
Senior Program Manager
Began career at GILMAN in 2018 as a Mechanical Engineer. Advanced into roles including Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Dylan is a team leader in Program Management working with the Sales, Applications, Engineering and Operational Teams at GILMAN.
Dave Johnson

Began career at GILMAN in 2018 as a Project Manager. Advanced into roles including Sr. Project Manager and Finance/ Account Management where Dave had considerable experience prior to joining GILMAN.
